During the two-day training course ‘Project Management – Practical Course’, participants will immerse themselves in the world of project management with an emphasis on practical experience.The training combines the theoretical fundamentals of project management with practical exercises so that participants can not only acquire knowledge but also apply it immediately. In the course, which is divided into 60% practical exercises and 40% theoretical knowledge, participants will learn how to effectively manage projects from initiation to successful completion.

- Introduction to project management – what is project management, differences between classical and agile management methods.
- Basic principles of project management – project and operations, project life cycle and project phases
- Project preparation – project objectives, logical framework, project plan, business case and TCO development, stakeholder identification
- Project planning – management plan, WBS, estimating methods, schedule development, budget planning
- Project execution – communication plan, escalation matrix, quality management, cost management (EVM)
- Monitoring and control – change management, risk management
- Project closure – final project report
- Agile project management methods – Basic principles (SCRUM), KANBAN
